SCS SB 294 -- LOTTERY AND GAMING COMMISSIONS

This bill allows the Lottery Commission and the Gaming Commission
to conduct a fingerprint background check on any person seeking
employment or employed by either agency.  The background check
includes a check of the Missouri Criminal Records Repository and
the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  The Gaming Commission may
also conduct criminal history checks on persons seeking the
issuance or renewal of an excursion gambling boat license or a
bingo equipment manufacturer or supplier license.
